In order for this partnership to be effective, subject leaders and governors must commit to the following actions –
- Sharing of contact details and email to enable effective communication – through the clerk.
- At least termly meetings (3 x per year) between staff and governors.
- Effective communication from staff informing governors of any special events & sharing subject leader files.
- Governors’ support and attendance at some key meetings and events relating to the subject.
- Governor visit forms to be filled in and submitted to the clerk each term
